Having practiced real estate in Outremont since 2001, Mr. Robert Lavallée joined our team in the spring of 2007.

Isabelle, a corporate lawyer equipped with a great deal of experience in real-estate management, added a link to the family legacy by acquiring her Real Estate Agent License in 2002. Taking numerous courses, she has succeeded in perfecting her knowledge in the field of real estate by keeping up to date with its latest developments and intricacies. Very experienced in client services and on the job market, Alexis Saint-Pierre became a team member of the Bardagi team in the summer of 2008.

He previously worked on the police force and in hotel management; Alexis reoriented himself in 2007 to become a real estate agent and worked on his own for one year before joining the Bardagi team. Confident and responsible, he’s an expert in client services and will ensure that you will be satisfied and confidant every step of the way during your real estate transaction. Alexis helps to coordinate the visits from collaborating agents and assist the more experienced agents with their negotiations.

Elise started her career in architects’ offices, and has since then always worked with real estate professionals. With a great deal of experience in design and architecture, Elise evolved with renowned real estate promoters for over 20 years.

Energic and very organized, Lucie Forget opts for a career in real estate and joins the Team Bardagi in February 2010.  This change is a logical continuation of her previous professional experience in public relations, fundraising and promotional events planning.

Lucie works together with brokers of our team to coordinate the many visits of our properties, as well as offering excellent service to our sellers.  She also takes care of her buying clients with diligence and professionalism, always keeping their projects and interests in mind.  Having renovated and managed real estate projects herself, Lucie will help you visualize the improvements and renovations to make a property the one of  your dreams.

A Notary since 1991, Mrs. Caroline Lévesque officially joined Bardagi's Team in the spring of 2005. She is a highly qualified and rigourous professional who oversees the purchase and/or the sale of your property.

As the team's unequivocal legal advisor, Caroline takes part in the follow-up of the files, the examination and preparation of documents for the notaries and the office bookkeeping. She also facilitates visits for collaborating agents with respect to the visits of our properties for sale.

This energetic person is in charge of communication, supervises administrative tasks, as well as manages the administrative staff. She serves as a vital link between the agents and the administration in order to ensure that tasks are performed in line with the quality and high standards that we have established for our team.

A perfectionist, she remains informed on new technologies likely to improve the quality of our marketing plan as well as increasing our efficiency.

Working in administration and customer service since 1990, Isabelle Cloutier joined our team in January 2008.

She has proved herself in the past by creating and organizing many administrative positions, Isabelle joined our team to be in charge of coordinating our sales. This means she will be responsible for seeing through each matter to ensure that we have every element necessary for a winning transaction. She also supports the marketing and advertising of our properties and helps the brokers with administrative tasks as well as receiving clients at our office.

Meticulous and responsible, Isabelle is a key person in our team which will help you find the answers to your questions regarding your transaction.

Qualified with a strong background in photography as well photo imaging, Genevieve Boulay has joined the Bardagi team as graphic designer during the summer of 2008.

Genevieve is in charge of the team’s corporate image as well as all the publicity. She ensures that our advertising brings the outmost value to our properties on the market; she also ensures sure that our image is always avant-garde and different. Equipped with training in photography she also offers us support with the photo imaging of our new listings.

Dynamic and always smiling, Mélissa Rondeau joined the Bardagi Team few times during her studies, always a different mandate.  Already aware of our ways of doing business regarding different tasks such as listing, sales and customer care, she is now back to offer a support to the coaching branch.

Working full time, she primarily manages our corporate events.  Among other things, she insures structure and motivation towards our project's orientation, marketing and global logistics.  Organized and resourceful, she is a person to count on for efficient work.

Working with the Bardagi Team since February 2009, Daphné supports real estate brokers in their duties while on the road as well as helping the administrative staff in the elaboration of different folders.

Enthusiastic, positive, and a world traveler, Daphné excels through her efficiency and versatility. Whether for a customer or a colleague, each of her projects are executed with care and courtesy.

Recently graduated from CÉGEP, she will continue her studies in Law at the University of Sherbrooke in fall 2010.

Since she joined the Bardagi Team in June 2009, Valerie supports the administration staff in various tasks. She mainly deals with translations and recordings for the mobile site and the Info-Maison system as well as offering unmatched support to the brokers.

Always in a good mood, Mali joined the Bardagi Team in January 2010 as an administrative assistant.

She assists the brokers on the weekend and ensure that different adminstrative tasks are completed, and this, with unparalleled efficiency.

Mali will begin her Bachelors in business administration at HEC Montreal in September 2010.
