James’ twenty years of experience in the restaurant business in Montreal’s most prestigious establishments has paved the way for his real estate career. For almost twenty-two years, he has been listening, observing, and accompanying his clients with great dedication. He first cut his teeth in the Montreal area with his mother for a decade before joining the Bardagi Team.

In his spare time, James is a true movie buff and enjoys bike rides in Outremont followed by an obligatory stop at Le Bilboquet, or a meal on the terrace of Brasserie Bernard.
