Profile Sought
- Valid real estate brokerage license issued by the OACIQ.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in real estate brokerage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with rigor and professionalism.
- Strong motivation to meet and exceed objectives.
- Solid knowledge of the Montréal real estate market.
- Fluency in both French and English.

Position Objective:
The Marketing and Client Services Coordinator is responsible for preparing, distributing, and following up on property-related information, as well as managing client interactions. This role plays a key part in showcasing properties and ensuring exceptional client service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate property marketing, overseeing professional services (photos, videos, home staging, virtual tours, etc.).
- Write, design, and manage promotional materials (property descriptions, brochures, fact sheets, etc.).
- Handle inquiries from clients and brokers, providing prompt and personalized service.
- Maintain client databases and property files with accuracy and structure.
- Support the team with related administrative tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing tools and strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and exemplary accuracy in preparing property-related documents and files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation, with active listening, responsiveness, and a focus on meeting client needs.
- Proficiency with digital and computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, real estate listing platforms, CRM systems, layout and management software).
- Good knowledge of the real estate market is an asset.

As a Brokerage Assistant, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of real estate transactions and delivering an outstanding client experience within our team. A true organizational backbone, you provide administrative and operational support to the brokers while maintaining a professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative follow-up of purchase and sale files;
- Prepare, review, and send all required documents related to real estate transactions;
- Coordinate signatures, deadlines, and communications with clients, notaries, brokers, inspectors, and other parties involved;
- Answer calls, emails, and information requests professionally;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of deadlines and legal documentation;
- Provide daily support to brokers to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience;
- Perform any other related administrative duties.
Desired Profile:
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism;
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities;
- Self-sufficiency, resourcefulness, and initiative;
- Strong command of both French and English, spoken and written;
- Knowledge of the real estate industry (an asset);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
