Josiane Pepin

A lawyer with a certificate in labour law, Josiane has been a Real Estate Broker and Agency Manager for 19 years.  Her leadership style rallies and motivates individuals to work towards a common goal and she is known for her extensive experience in organizational management. Driven by a strategic vision and the desire to solve complex challenges, Josiane strives to exceed expectations.  As an expert in negotiation and law, her business acumen and tenacity have enabled her to optimize each transaction.

Josiane is a multifaceted individual with a passion for social justice and human rights. She co-founded a legal clinic at UQAM, played a pivotal role as a political strategist, and currently serves on the board of directors of a youth center in the Greater Montreal Area. Her strong sense of integrity, respect, and compassion are evident in all of her endeavors. In her free time, Josiane enjoys exploring the world through travel, immersing herself in nature, and appreciating the arts.
