Justine Bardagi

Justine is the Director of Talent & Brand Image at Bardagi RE/MAX du Cartier GB. Educated as a lawyer and holding an MBA, she has a multidisciplinary profile that enables her to navigate with ease between the worlds of law, strategic marketing and team management. Before joining the Bardagi team, she worked for five years at Norton Rose Fulbright, one of Montreal’s most renowned law firms, where she acquired professional rigor and solid expertise in business law.

Immersed in the real estate world from an early age, Justine has developed an intuitive and in-depth knowledge of the sector, which she enriched by obtaining her real estate brokerage license. This unique perspective enables her to play a key role in the development of the Bardagi team.

On a daily basis, she oversees the development of the brand, the consistency of communications, the optimization of the customer experience, as well as the implementation of innovative initiatives that support the team’s performance and reputation.
