Of Armenian descent, Vigen grew up in Town of Mount Royal and knows this area and the surrounding neighborhoods inside out, where he still lives with his wife and dog Zack. He speaks four languages fluently: French, English, Armenian, and Russian. He also has a background in business administration from the John Molson School of Business.
